Sunset Ridge teachers will share why they use Data Notebooks; goal setting, action planning and student-led conferences to promote student agency and differentiated instruction. Teachers will share many examples of forms that can be used to build students' Data Notebooks, set goals, determine next steps, and celebrate accomplishments with families. Teachers will share how Data Notebooks (paper-based versions and electronic versions) are developed in collaboration with our students.
